News Article Allies certified as compliant with ISO 9001 for 18th year
Allies has been accredited with the Quality Management System standard – ISO 9001:2008 – for the eighteenth year running.
Allies, a leading B2B provider of address validation technology, has been accredited with the Quality Management System standard – ISO 9001:2008 – for the eighteenth year running.
The international standard is exclusively granted to companies that can demonstrate the consistent provision of products that meet customer and statutory requirements, and provide customer satisfaction through the application of strong processes.
Dan Cooper, CEO of Allies, comments, “Successfully meeting the ISO 9001 requirements demonstrates that we have implemented robust processes that ensure our technology is delivered to the same high and exacting standards with every build and also that our customer care is equally rigorous.”
ISO 9001 requires an organisation to be able to give evidence of the existence of and compliance with internal processes that ensure consistency in customer-focused operations, and an evaluation by an independent, accredited auditing body.
Dan continues, “We are delighted to have been recognised as being able to consistently provide high quality solutions and effective customer care. Both principles are fundamentally important to us and, undoubtedly, the 8,000 businesses that use our technology.”
In 2018, Allies will seek accreditation with ISO 9001:2015, a new and extended version of the Quality Management System standard.
